Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received and payment accepted. If you do not receive this email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to alter prices on the website at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate and as indicated at checkout.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to your order if you provide us with an incorrect address.
We accept payment securely through PayPal which is a widely used and well trusted service. At checkout you will be directed to the PayPal site where you can either Login and use your PayPal account or pay directly with your bank debit or credit card.
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Stock Availability and Delivery
When you order a product from the shop we will make it specially for you. Please allow time for us to have the fabric printed, the product carefully sewn and dispatched to you. We have a smooth process set up to get all this done and production time is generally only 4-5weeks+shipping. If there is any reason that this will be longer you will be contacted. Please see delivery times and costs in product information and at checkout.
Delivery charges are calculated depending on the weight (kg) and destination of the order. The order total is displayed on the payment page before you confirm your order.The recipient of the goods is responsible for the payment of duties and taxes on their order.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
You may return or exchange your items within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
You are responsible for postage and ensuring the items are well packaged when returning and sent using a signed for delivery service. Please remember to retain a copy of receipts and other forms of proof of postage. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our Product Care Information page or any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
We suggest sending the return parcel via a signed for and recorded service. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via a secure form of postage. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.
In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
The information you provide to us is used only for processing your order. We do not pass this on to third parties.
